The company

A technology partner for companies in different industries

Luvitho Sistemas e Consultoria em TI builds software solutions for concrete business problems. We combine process insight, engineering and operations to deliver systems that fit the company's routine and evolve with it.

Beyond custom projects, we build and maintain our own products, already in use in the market.

Process

Delivery methodology

Four stages with defined deliverables, giving predictability of scope, timeline and investment.

  1. Assessment

We map systems, processes and bottlenecks to size the problem before any technical proposal, with no obligation to hire us.

    Deliverables

    • A report with the risks ranked by impact
    • A prioritized roadmap, with effort and expected gain
  2. Development

We build the solution in short cycles, with continuous validation alongside the business areas and an architecture ready to grow.

    Deliverables

    • A scope document with workflows, rules and acceptance criteria
    • A staging environment to validate before going live
  3. Rollout

We take the solution to production with controlled data migration, team training and a contingency plan.

    Deliverables

    • Rollout and data migration plan
    • Technical documentation and team training
  4. Evolution

We support and evolve the solution as the operation grows, with service levels agreed in the contract.

    Deliverables

    • Monitoring with alerts on the company's channels
    • A monthly availability and incident report
No-obligation assessment

How much is your operation losing each month?

That number cannot be estimated up front. It comes out of the assessment: we map workflows, rework and missing integrations to size the financial impact before proposing any solution.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What companies usually ask before starting a project.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on the scope, and any number given before the assessment would be a guess. What we can tell you upfront is how the price is built: how many workflows need automating, which integrations are required with the systems you already use, and how much data has to be migrated. During the assessment, which is free, we map all of that and present an investment range and a timeline before you commit to anything.

How long until the system is ready?

We work in short delivery cycles instead of one big launch at the end. That means the first usable piece is normally in use within weeks, not months, and the rest evolves from what you validate. A mid-sized project usually spreads its deliveries across three to six months, and you are already using what has been delivered while the rest is being built.

Do you integrate with the system I already use?

Yes, and it is the most common case. We integrate with ERPs, accounting systems, payment gateways, marketplaces and banking APIs through Open Finance. When the current system exposes no API, we look at alternatives such as an intermediate database or structured imports, and we say plainly when the integration is not worth the cost.

Do I have to replace my whole current system?

Almost never. Replacing everything at once is expensive, risky and rarely necessary. The usual path is to identify the real bottleneck and fix that piece, keeping what already works. If the assessment shows the best move is to do nothing right now, we say so.

What happens after the system goes live?

The project does not end at deployment. We offer ongoing support with monitoring, fixes and evolution as the operation grows. You choose the level, from on-demand support to active follow-up, with the support window defined in the contract.

Who owns the intellectual property of what is developed?

In custom projects, the rights to the source code and documentation belong to the client, as set out in the contract. This gives your company the autonomy to evolve the solution with whichever team it prefers.

How do you handle security and data protection?

We treat it as a project requirement, not as something to handle later. That means role-based access control, encryption of sensitive data, audit logging and a clear retention policy. In sectors that handle sensitive personal data, healthcare above all, the bar is higher. See our Privacy Policy.

What size of company do you work with?

Company size is not the criterion. What determines whether a project is viable is how clear the problem and the expected outcome are. That is why every project starts with the assessment, which defines scope, priorities and investment before any commitment.

Do you work outside your region?

Yes. The work is remote by default, with follow-up meetings over video, and we serve clients throughout Brazil. When a project genuinely requires being on site, such as surveying a factory floor, we agree on the visits needed.
