Custom software development and IT consulting

From assessment to ongoing evolution in production: scope, timeline and investment agreed before any commitment, direct communication with the people who build it, and source code transferred to you.

At Luvitho, every solution is designed around the client's business, not squeezed into a generic template. Before writing a line of code or proposing a tool, we learn how your operation works, where the bottlenecks are and what needs to change. The result is systems built for the way your company works, and that remain useful as it grows.

Which of these sounds like you?

The four service lines complement each other and can be engaged separately or together. Start with the one that describes your situation today.

Further down: how we run projects, engagement models, what we do not do and questions about the services.

Custom Software

Who it is for: companies with processes of their own that market software does not serve well.

We build systems that start from your business rules, not the other way around. Instead of forcing your operation to adapt to an off-the-shelf product, we create the tool that fits your workflows: from automating manual routines to integrating the systems and platforms you already use.

Signs that you already need this
  • Someone on the team spends hours a week copying data from one system to another;
  • The company's most important process lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands;
  • You pay for a system license, use 20% of it and do the rest of the work outside it;
  • Two systems hold the same information and disagree.
What you get
  • A scope document with workflows, rules and acceptance criteria;
  • A staging environment for you to validate before going live;
  • Source code and documentation handed over to the company, as set out in the contract;
  • Technical documentation and a user manual for the team;
  • A recorded training session.
Why it usually pays off

Off-the-shelf software solves the average problem of a market. When your competitive advantage lies precisely in what you do differently, a generic product forces you either to drop that difference or to make up for it with manual work. Custom software makes sense exactly there, not everywhere.

What it includes
  • Web and internal systems aligned with the rules of your business;
  • Automation of repetitive routines and manual tasks;
  • Integration between the platforms and tools already in use;
  • End-to-end process and workflow management;
  • Dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions;
  • APIs to connect systems, partners and services.
How it works
  1. We map the processes and the rules the system has to respect;
  2. We define scope, priorities and the architecture of the solution;
  3. We build in short delivery cycles, validating at every step;
  4. We go live, integrate and follow how the system is used in production.

Strategic IT Consulting

Who it is for: managers who need clarity to decide the next step in technology.

We help you decide where your technology should go. We assess what exists today, point out risks and opportunities and lay out a modernization plan, so that every IT investment has a business reason behind it.

Signs that you already need this
  • You have three vendor proposals and no basis for comparing them;
  • The cloud bill keeps growing and nobody can explain why;
  • Every department bought its own tool and nothing talks to anything else;
  • The current system works, but you do not know whether it can handle doubling in size.
What you get
  • An assessment report with risks ranked by impact;
  • A prioritized roadmap with estimated effort and expected gain;
  • A comparison of alternatives with the decision criteria spelled out;
  • An executive presentation for the board.
Why it usually pays off

Many technology decisions are made under vendor pressure or in a rush. The cost of that rarely shows up the following month: it shows up two years later, when the chosen system cannot keep up with growth and migrating costs more than the original project. Consulting exists to bring that bill forward.

What it includes
  • An assessment of the operation's technology maturity ;
  • Choice of tools and technologies suited to your context;
  • A modernization roadmap with priorities and stages;
  • Optimization of internal processes;
  • A review of license, infrastructure and service costs;
  • An assessment of vendor lock-in risk.
How it works
  1. We survey the current systems, processes and challenges;
  2. We analyse maturity, risks and opportunities;
  3. We build a prioritized roadmap with practical recommendations;
  4. We follow the execution of those decisions, whenever you want us to.

Digital Presence

Who it is for: businesses that depend on digital channels to attract and convert customers.

We create websites, platforms and portals focused on performance and conversion. Every page is built to load quickly, show up in search and lead the visitor to get in touch or buy.

Signs that you already need this
  • The site takes too long to open on a phone and the bounce rate is high;
  • You spend on ads but have no idea how many leads the site generates;
  • The site does not show up in search, not even for the name of your own service;
  • Updating a piece of text means calling the vendor.
What you get
  • The site published with a domain, HTTPS and security headers;
  • Analytics set up, with conversion events defined;
  • Structured data validated and the sitemap submitted to Search Console;
  • A Core Web Vitals report before and after.
Why it usually pays off

A beautiful site that loads in five seconds loses to a simple site that loads in one. Performance is a ranking factor and it is the visitor's first filter: whoever leaves before the page appears never becomes a lead. We treat speed, accessibility and technical SEO as part of the build, not as a later adjustment.

What it includes
  • Websites, platforms and portals that are fast and stable;
  • Interface design focused on the user experience;
  • Technical SEO: structured data, sitemap, canonicals and meta tags;
  • Accessibility following WCAG 2.1 level AA;
  • A structure built around conversion;
  • Responsive layout for every device.
How it works
  1. We learn the audience, the goals and what counts as a conversion;
  2. We design the experience and the information architecture;
  3. We build with performance, accessibility and SEO in mind;
  4. We publish and measure results to adjust whatever needs adjusting.

Infrastructure and Ongoing Support

Who it is for: companies that need systems always available and well looked after.

We look after what keeps your systems running: cloud hosting, monitoring with alerts, backups with tested restores and ongoing support.

Signs that you already need this
  • You find out the system is down because a customer told you;
  • There are backups, but nobody has ever tried restoring one;
  • Exactly one person knows how the server is configured;
  • There is no record of who accessed what.
What you get
  • Documented infrastructure, with an architecture diagram;
  • Monitoring with active alerts on the channels you use;
  • A backup and retention policy, agreed and tested;
  • A monthly availability and incident report.
Why it usually pays off

Downtime costs more than infrastructure. One hour of a system being down at peak time is usually worth more than months of monitoring, and the worst case is not the outage, it is discovering the backup was never tested. We would rather spend time on prevention than on recovery.

What it includes
  • Hosting in the cloud sized for your operation;
  • Continuous monitoring of services and performance;
  • Backup routines with restores tested periodically;
  • Access control and infrastructure security;
  • Responsive maintenance and quick fixes;
  • High-availability architecture to reduce outages.
How it works
  1. We provision the cloud infrastructure suited to the project;
  2. We set up monitoring, backups and security layers;
  3. We monitor the systems continuously, with automatic alerting;
  4. We act quickly on maintenance, adjustments and incidents.

How we run projects

Whatever the service, we follow the same four-step method, so that the solution starts from the right problem and keeps evolving with your business.

  1. Assessment: we map systems, processes and bottlenecks. We understand the problem before any proposal, and the assessment does not oblige you to go ahead with the project.
  2. Development: short delivery cycles, constant validation and an architecture designed to scale. You see it working before the end.
  3. Rollout: a safe launch, controlled migration and training for your team. We leave a rollback plan ready in case something goes wrong.
  4. Evolution: we monitor, adjust and evolve the solution as the operation grows.

Two things we insist on: direct communication with the team building the solution, and the rights to the source code and documentation transferred to the client, as set out in the contract.

Engagement models

The format changes with how predictable the scope is. Choosing wrong is the most common source of friction in a software project, so we address that decision explicitly in the proposal:

ModelWhen it makes senseHow it is billed
Fixed scopeA well-defined problem and stable requirementsA total price split across delivery milestones
Time cycleScope still in discovery, or priorities that shiftA monthly fee for capacity, with priorities renegotiated each cycle
ConsultingA decision to make before investing in buildingA short assessment project, with a fixed deliverable
Ongoing supportA production system that has to stay upA monthly fee by service level and response time

In every case, the investment range and the timeline are presented before you commit to anything, at the end of the assessment, which is free.

What we do not do

Saying what is out of scope saves time on both sides. We do not work on:

We build the technical foundation that makes those things work: a fast site, reliable analytics, CRM integration. Running them is for the specialists. When what you need is one of those, we say so in the first conversation.

Questions about the services

Can I hire just one service?

Yes. The four service lines work independently. It is common to start with consulting, come out with a roadmap and only then decide what to build, or to hire infrastructure alone for a system another team built.

How does billing work?

Fixed-scope projects are billed by delivery, with milestones defined in the contract. Consulting and ongoing support run on a monthly fee. When the scope is genuinely uncertain, we work in time cycles with priorities renegotiated each cycle, and we say so upfront, not halfway through.

Do you take over a project another team started?

Yes, and it is more common than it sounds. In that case the first step is a review of what exists: code quality, technical debt and continuity risk. If the best path is to rewrite part of it, we show you the numbers instead of simply recommending a fresh start.

What do you not do?

We do not do performance marketing, paid traffic management, content production or brand design. We also do not resell third-party software licenses as a service of our own. When that is what you need, we say so and point you to someone who does it.

For your sector

Bottlenecks change a lot from one industry to another. If you want the view for yours:

Start with the assessment

It is free, it commits you to nothing and it ends with clarity about what makes sense, including if the answer is to do nothing right now.
